Accommodation

We welcome our guests with the usual comfort of home but in the romantic countryside of Szigetköz. We tried to create something new in village tourism; a style which presents our commitment to create a lifestyle that is close to nature, but defined in a modern and nice environment. Furnishing is based on clear and practical design. We have different room categories, and all our rooms are situated on the ground floor giving a beautiful view to the riding hall- and sheep farm’s animals, and to our garden which usually makes adults and children happy. Children can run free on the lawn, while parents know the ’apple of their eye’ is safe. Each of our rooms has a balcony, where our guests can admire the peaceful environment by enjoying the comfort of garden-furniture.

Our Guesthouse was awarded 4-sunflower-labelling from Village- and Agrotourism National Union, which is a kind of assurance for our guests relevant to the proper quality of our service. It is really important, that our guests experience the high price-value scale, and feel that they get attentive and caring catering during the time spent at our facility.

The guesthouse and the riding hall are located on a 22 hectare farm, which used to be the site of Hédervár Agricultural Association. Beside Hédervár Equestrian Club and Lovas Guesthouse, there is a company-related sheep farm, small-parcel arable land used for experimentation; and a machine park – used in plant production – can be seen as well.

By entering Hédervár Horseclub’s gate with horse-head ornaments on it, our guests can admire the horses grazing at free range, then the house on the left, where weighing used to be done.  All buildings can be reached comfortably from the parking lot. At night, cars are safe behind closed gates, trespassing is allowed only during opening-hours. The guesthouse can be found in the blue building on the left. The green-roofed building on the right is the horse stable.

Our guests can have their coffee and chat under sunsail-shades in front of the guesthouse. By entering the guesthouse’s front door, our guests enter the dining room, where check-in can be done and keys are given to them (key for the guesthouse’s front door, room-key, gate’s remote control), one set of keys for each room. Breakfast can be consumed in the dining room, and this is the place where different events can take place as well. Guests can choose from free magazines by the entrance.
